Tôn Nữ Tường Vân is currently in charge of the global fabric enhancer of Procter & Gamble based in Swizerland after joining P&G in Vietnam. She was behind the success of Olay brand in Vietnam when it first incepted the market, and participated in restructuring two large brands of Febreze and Lenor in Japan, contributing to the rapid increase in sales of hundreds of millions of US dollars per year.
She has worked at the European headquarters of P&G since August 2018, and has taken responsibility for the global fabric sector, one of P & G’s highest-profit and growth product lines which include brands such as Downy, Lenor, Gain and Unstpoppables.
Vân is in charge of the US, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, European markets and business development in new markets. Additionally, she is also responsible for recruiting and training P&G’s newly recruited talents in the Asia-Pacific region.
