Dr. Sử Ngọc Khương is the former Director of the investment team nationwide at Savills Vietnam. He joined Savills Vietnam in 2010, and possesses 20 years of vast experience in a variety of roles in investment management, banking and finance, civil engineering and real estate. Prior to joining Savills, Dr. Khương served as Head of Real Estate at VinaSecurities (formerly known as a VinaCapital subsidiary) and Vietnam Partners LLC, a U.S. Investment Bank. Khương was previously Representative Officer for JICA D/D Study Team in HCMC for the Japanese ODA-funded US$360million Thi Vai – Cai Mep International Terminal Project, where he played a key role in making the project come to life. Prior to JICA, Dr. Khương worked for Montgomery Watson Harza – Meinhardt J/V (MWH J/V) as Deputy Project Manager on the start-up phase of a large water supply project for HCMC with approximate €130 million in total by BOT fund. Khương held several managerial positions in strategic planning in thermal & hydro power plants, and oil field companies. Dr. Khương is also a popular lecturer at several leading universities in Vietnam, where he shares his academic and practical knowledge to a range of students, as well as being an esteemed part of judging panels centering around educational tournament, debates and contests.
