Lan Anh is the editor of Forbes Vietnam, a monthly magazine published in Vietnam under a licensing agreement with Forbes Media LLC. As head of editorial department, she architects and oversees content development. She is also responsible for all content and programing of Forbes Vietnam’s events and conferences.<br> Pior to joining Forbes Vietnam, Lan Anh was a contributing editor for Forbes Asia, covering Southeast Asia, since 2007. She writes about leading companies and business leaders in Asia, as well as compiling Forbes’ wealth lists. <br> Lan Anh was a senior business writer of Saigon Tiep Thi Newspaper from January 2007 until May 2012. Before that, she worked in Bangkok, Thailand from 2005 – 2007, covering business and politics for ThaiDay, a daily insert into the International Herald Tribune in Thailand; and reported for Vietnamese newspapers. Prior to Thailand, she wrote for several American publications including New Haven Register and New Bedford Standard Times in Boston and Washington DC, during her study period in the U.S under Fulbright scholarship in 2003. She won a Mark of Excellence Award from the US’ Society of Professional Journalists in 2005 for a special report she’s done for a US newspaper. <br> Lan Anh is also a core leader of a group of Fulbright alumni in Vietnam that has been training hundreds of young reporters and journalism students in Vietnam. The group won a State Alumni Award in 2012. <br> Lan Anh has also been known for her work at Saigon Times Group, where she covered foreign trade, foreign investment and information technology for Thoi Bao Kinh Te Saigon.
